Laser Sintering
Metal Fire Curing System (Mlab Cusing)
Our dental laboratory has the most advanced metal sintering system (Laser Sintering), the Mlab Cusing of the company Concept Laser (Hofmann Innovation Group) and the three-dimensional (3D) scanner ceramill map 600.
More specifically, the ceramill map 600 is a template and fingerprint scanner and has the most powerful drawing software in the world. It supports the design of coatings, bridges, anatomical molds, inserts, inlays, porcelain veneers, abutment, bar and bridge implants, partial or temporary dentures, waxes, telescopic crowns and many more.
The combination of Scanner with Laser Sintering produces results of excellent quality and morphology. For the construction of the frames is used in Laser, the clinically certified Remanium CL metal building powder of Dentarum, whose composition consists of cobalt and chromium.
